When Lisa Krall founded Park Avenue Wealth Management in 2016, she set out to
create something different—a firm where financial planning felt approachable, personal,
and empowering. As a seasoned advisor and entrepreneur, Lisa built the company on
the values of clarity, trust, and direction. Her goal was simple: to provide thoughtful
guidance and create a space where clients feel heard, supported, and confident in their
financial futures. Today, she leads a growing, all-women team dedicated to helping
individuals and families navigate life’s financial decisions with purpose and peace of
mind.
The Park Avenue Wealth team includes Angela Grabb, who joined as Client Services
Associate in early 2023, and Mindy Andrews, who became the firm’s Marketing
Coordinator later that year. Together, the trio blends client service, strategic planning,
and outreach that reflect the firm’s commitment to education and empowerment.
Lisa specializes in creating personalized investment strategies. As a CERTIFIED
FINANCIAL PLANNER™ (CFP®), she acts in her clients’ best interest, educating them
on their options, explaining potential risks, and building diversified portfolios designed to
fit each client’s unique goals. Whether someone is just beginning their financial journey
or preparing for retirement, Lisa takes the time to guide them every step of the way,
helping to relieve the stress of managing finances alone. Supporting these efforts is
Angela, who plays a key role in keeping the office running smoothly. From preparing for
client meetings to managing client requests and daily operations, she helps ensure a
seamless experience for every client. Angela is also pursuing her securities licenses to
take on a more active role in financial planning in the future.
At Park Avenue Wealth Management, relationships matter. The team takes pride in
offering customized service and creating a space where questions are always
encouraged. That same care extends beyond the office. Lisa is deeply involved in the
community, working closely with nonprofit organizations including The Community
Foundation of Westmoreland County. Her professional work often intersects with her
philanthropic passion, especially as she helps clients incorporate charitable giving into
their financial plans. She also serves on the board of the Westmoreland County
Chamber of Commerce and sits on the committee for Women of Westmoreland (WOW).
Lisa hopes that by leading through service, she can not only support her community but
also inspire her two sons to one day carry forward her love of giving back.
In 2018, Lisa founded the Moxie Women’s Network—a networking group designed to
connect local women through education. The group welcomes women seeking personal
and professional growth, particularly in areas like finance, workplace challenges, and
work-life balance. With Mindy coordinating behind the scenes, the network continues to
offer relevant topics and expert guest speakers to keep members engaged and inspired.
Beyond Moxie, Mindy manages the firm’s overall marketing efforts, sharing Park
Avenue Wealth Management’s message, connecting with the community, and keeping
clients informed.
Lisa’s outreach has not gone unnoticed. In 2021, she received the Athena Award for
leadership and service, and in 2023, she was honored with the Educate Pillar Award for
her work in financial literacy.
Under Lisa’s leadership, Park Avenue Wealth Management continues to grow,
supporting clients, educating the community, and shaping a more confident financial
future for everyone they serve. For Lisa and her team, this is just the beginning.
